The Website provides information about recruitment, Employer of Record (EOR), payroll and relocation services offered by Irename OÜ (“we”, “us”). The content is for general information only and does not constitute legal, tax or immigration advice.

2. Services and agreements

Prices shown on the Website are indicative starting points. The provision of any Service is subject to a separate written service agreement (or an accepted written quote) between Irename OÜ and the client, which prevails over these Terms in case of conflict. We may decline any engagement at our discretion.

3. Permitted use

• You may browse the Website and use the contact features for legitimate business purposes.
• You may not scrape, copy, reproduce or redistribute Website content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
• You may not attempt to interfere with the Website’s security or availability, or submit unlawful, misleading or malicious content.

All text, graphics, logos and design on the Website are the property of Irename OÜ or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. “Hire in Estonia” and the hireinestonia.eu brand are used by Irename OÜ.

The Website is provided “as is”. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current, but legislation, fees and processing times change. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Estonian law.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved by negotiation; failing that, by Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) in Tallinn, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
